One address for everything: hello@copperfeed.com.

A person reads it. No ticket queue, no auto-responder, no form that swallows your message and tells you it is important to us.

Corrections come first

If something here is wrong, this is the most useful mail you can send, and it jumps the queue.

Bad date, bad percentage, a change that got announced and then reversed, a vendor we said retired a plan that did not. Send it. Include a link if you have one, and send it anyway if you do not, because we will go and check either way. We fix the entry and note what changed rather than quietly editing it, since a dated record that rewrites its own history is worth less than no record at all.

Tips and submissions

Seen a plan retired, a price move, a launch, or a shutdown that is not in the feed? We want it. The most valuable tips are the ones that never get announced publicly: the renewal quote with a new SKU on it, the email telling you your tier is being wound down, the pricing page that changed without a changelog entry.

What helps most, in rough order:

  • The vendor and the plan name, exactly as they wrote it.
  • When it happened, or when you were told. Entries are dated to the change rather than to publication, so the date carries more weight here than it does most places.
  • A source. A link, a screenshot, a forwarded notice. Anything we can point at.

Forwarding something from a vendor and would rather not be named? Say so in the mail and we will not name you. We still have to confirm the change independently before it goes in the feed, so a tip we cannot verify may sit unpublished for a while rather than run unsourced.

Vendors and PR

If you are a vendor and we got your pricing or plan changes wrong, mail the correction and we will fix it, same as anyone else. We would rather hear it from you than from your customers.

Two things worth setting expectations on. We do not accept payment for entries, placement, or ordering in the feed. And we do not publish press releases; if there is a real change inside one, it gets an entry on its own merits and its own date.

Response times

CopperFeed is small and new, so the honest answer is that corrections get looked at fast and everything else gets there when it gets there. Put it in the subject line if something is time-sensitive and that will help.

The feed itself lives at copperfeed.com. More on how entries are sourced and dated is on the About page.
